1. To qualify for this exclusive promotion, customers must make a minimum deposit of $1,000 and commence trading to redeem rewards, as outlined in the official Rich Gold Rewards Table.
 

2. This promotion is open to new and existing clients who open a trading account in the Thailand region, under the following account types: Cent, Standard and ECN.
 

3. Eligible products for this promotion include Forex, Gold, Silver, and Energy. PAMM accounts are not eligible for this promotion. 
 

4. For Cent accounts, trading volume will be counted as follows: 100 Cent Lots = 1 Standard Lot. 
 

5. Clients can participate using multiple trading accounts under the same national ID. The trading volume (lots) from all accounts under the same name will be combined. 
 

6. Each trade must be held for a minimum of 3 minutes to be counted toward the trading volume. Trades held for less than 3 minutes will be excluded. 
 

7.This promotion can be used in conjunction with other Richgold promotions.

Promotion period: From 00:00 on Jun 23, 2025, to 23:59 on Sep 30, 2025. 
 

8. No registration is required to join the promotion. Clients can check their trading volume via Line OA: @rgth using a single account/email. However, trading volume from all accounts under the same name will be aggregated. 
 

9. Each client can redeem a reward only once under one name/national ID. Any reward can be redeemed within the promotion period, provided the trading volume requirements are met in any of the client’s accounts. 
 

10. Once all conditions are met, clients can request rewards through the following channels:

11. Rewards can be redeemed for cash at 80% of their value and credited to the client’s trading account. 

*For Thai branch clients residing abroad, rewards can only be redeemed in cash. 
 

12. Sep 30, 2025, at 23:59 will be the last date to register for reward redemption. Registrations after this deadline will not be accepted. 
 

13. Richgold will verify and process your reward request within 10–15 business days. Rewards will be delivered via a courier service or can be picked up at Richgold’s office. Richgold is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdelivered items. 
 

14. In case a specified reward is out of stock, the company reserves the right to replace it with an item of similar specifications and equivalent value. 
 

15. We reserve the right to take photographs and videos of the reward redemption and use them in our marketing channels. 
 

16. Once a reward has been redeemed, it cannot be changed to another item or canceled. 
 

17. Richgold reserves the right to terminate or deny a client’s participation if there is a violation of company rules, irregular account activity, fraudulent behavior, or inappropriate use of the promotion. 
 

18. Richgold reserves the right to amend these terms, conditions, or details of the promotion, or cancel the promotion without prior notice. The company's decision is final and cannot be appealed or contested.
