1.Eligible clients can trade to redeem rewards, based on the reward table.

2.This promotion is available for new and existing clients who open trading accounts in Thailand with Cent, Standard, ECN, and ECN Prime account types. 

​

3.Eligible trading products include Forex, Gold, Silver, and Energy. PAMM accounts are not eligible for this promotion. 

​

4.For Cent accounts, the trading volume will be calculated as 100 Cent Lots = 1 Standard Lot. 

​

5.Clients may participate with multiple trading accounts under the same ID card/passport. Trading volumes (lots) will be combined from all accounts under the same name. 

​

6.Each trade must be held for at least 3 minutes to be eligible. Trades closed before this time will not count towards the trading volume. 

​

7.This promotion can be combined with other promotions from RG Group. 

​

8.Promotion period: 1 October 2025, 00:00 – 1 October 2026, 23:59 (server time). 

​

9.Registration on the official website is required. Clients can check their trading volume through Customer Support via Line OA: @rgth using a single account/email. However, the trading volume will be accumulated across all accounts under the same name. 

​

10.Clients may redeem any reward once only per name/ID card during the promotion period. Rewards can be claimed from any trading account under the same name, provided the required trading volume is met.

12.Rewards can be redeemed as 80% of their cash value credited into the client’s trading account. 
For Thai branch clients residing abroad, rewards can only be redeemed in cash.

13.The deadline to redeem rewards is 1 October 2026, 23:59. Requests submitted after this date will not be accepted. 

​

14.RG Group will review and process reward requests within 10–15 business days. Rewards will be delivered via courier service or collected in person at RG Group’s office. RG Group will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, or misdelivered items. 
 

15.In the event that the specified reward is out of stock, the company reserves the right to substitute the product with another model, color, or version of equivalent value.

16.RG Group reserves the right to take photos and videos of reward redemption and use such materials on its marketing channels.

 

17.Once a reward has been redeemed, it cannot be exchanged for another item or canceled. 

​

18.RG Group reserves the right to terminate or refuse a client’s participation if there is a violation of company rules, abnormal trading activity, fraudulent behavior, or misuse of the promotion. 

​

19.RG Group reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time without prior notice. The company’s decision is final and binding, and no claims or objections will be accepted in any case.
